Piletina sa pečenim paprikama i pečurkama

    Ako imate već spremljenu pečenu papriku u zamrzivaču možete je iskoristiti i ovako. 
   Upotpunjuje ukus belog mesa i vrlo brzo možete imati kompletan ručak.


Potrebno je:
  • 1 pakovanje pečene paprike (5-6 kom)
  • glavica crnog luka
  • 3 čena belog luka
  • 400-500 gr piletine (filea)
  • 300-400gr pečuraka
  • 100ml pavlake za kuvanje
  • so, biber, peršun i začini

Sitno seckani crni luk izdinstajte pa mu dodajte piletinu iseckanu na kockice ili štapiće (da bude sitnije). Dodajte mrvicu vode i disntajte oko 10 minuta pa ubacite na sitne štapice seckanu pečenu papriku i pečurke. Dinstajte sve zajedno još 20ak minuta.  Pred kraj dodajte začine, seckani beli luk i nalijte sa 100 ml pavlake. Promešajte i ostavite da sve zajedno "pusti ključ". Pospite seckanim peršunom.
